Commercial Project Manager Celebrates Two Years with Waukegan Roofing

July 17th – This week marks the second anniversary of Sam Caniglia joining the Waukegan Roofing Commercial Roofing team. Now, that may not sound like big news to most, but it is to us!

Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his craft with him. His vast knowledge of manufacturers, their products, and their warranties, as well as his dedication to superior customer service, has helped to make him an integral part of the Commercial Roofing division at Waukegan Roofing. He is a Commercial Project Manager, handling commercial low-slope and steep-slope roofing projects.

“Sam Caniglia’s 30+ years in the industry – from experience working directly on the roof, supervising and managing the workforce, managing the daily operations and running of the business, to estimating and selling work, in addition to his previous work as a technical field rep and supervisor for several major roofing material manufacturers – brings an invaluable wealth of knowledge to his customers,” says Bruce Diederich, President of Waukegan Roofing.

In fact, exceptional customer service is one of the core values Mr. Caniglia brings to the Waukegan Roofing organization. His desire to consistently exceed the customer’s expectations is one of the things that work to set Waukegan Roofing, and himself, apart from the rest. Says Diederich, “Sam takes the time to listen and evaluate what is in the best interest of the customer, always delivering on his – and our company’s – promise of Installing Roofs You Can Rely On. We’re proud to call him one of our own.”

Other notable events from this week in history: FDR is nominated for an unprecedented third term (1940); Joe DiMaggio ends a 56 game hitting streak (1941); Disneyland opens (1955); and Neil Armstrong walks on the moon (1960). Well, there’s one more to add: Sam Caniglia joins Waukegan Roofing team (2012).

Congrats Sam!
